Library cards will be issued to all authorized users with proper identification upon the completion of a library card registration form. Minor children will only be issued library cards when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Authorized users include active duty military, retired military, dependants of active duty or retired military, DOD civilian employees, and contract employees with a CAC card.
